Managing Director

Afsheen Rabbani is the driving force behind Supreme Protection’s commitment to excellence and sustainability. As Managing Director, she ensures the company complies with all ISO standards (9001, 45001, and 14001) and SIA Accreditations, providing strategic oversight for the development and implementation of Supreme Protection policies.

Afsheen's leadership is pivotal in promoting gender diversity within the security industry. Recognising the challenges women face in this field, she has implemented a strategy that has resulted in close to 50% of the executive leadership team and 30% of the workforce being women, far surpassing the industry norm as only 10% of SIA license holders are female.

A strong advocate for sustainability, Afsheen has aligned Supreme Protection’s Sustainability Policy & Strategy with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on:

Under her guidance, the company has recently submitted its SDG Action Plan and Sustainability Policy to the UN, showcasing their commitment to these goals.

Overseeing the implementation of the Sustainability Policy and objectives, ensuring a high level of business performance while minimizing and managing risk effectively.
Encouraging dialogue with consumers, registering and resolving customer complaints, and supporting local community organisations and activities.
Operating in line with the Equal Opportunities Policy, offering clear and fair employment terms, and providing resources for employee personal development.
Ensuring a clean, healthy, and safe working environment, and upholding the values of honesty and fairness in stakeholder relationships.
Developing clear contract terms and safeguarding against unfair business practices.
Encouraging suppliers and contractors to adopt responsible business policies and practices.
Building on the current success of the team to create a more sustainable security service. The business is committed to reducing carbon intensity (t/CO2e per £100,000 revenue) every year and has clear plans for progression against these targets.
