This ability to have officers readily available allowed our clients to manage their core staff with greater flexibility. During the Christmas period, when many employees take time off to spend with family and friends, Supreme Protection LTD stepped in to offer crucial support, ensuring business continuity and enabling flexibility in other areas.
This sector originally consisted of our static team, but over the years, we’ve grown to include both static and patrolling roles. We have also used the opportunity to have our officers who worked on this contract be trained and developed further in other areas of the security business. The customer had identified strong candidates whom they invested in further to develop and train, which in turn helped Supreme Protection LTD build a team of more experienced and versatile security officers.
